Located along Tras Street, May May opened its doors in December 2014 and is the sister establishment of the Blue Ginger Restaurant. Inspired by the smells and taste from around the region, the food is bursting with the best elements of Asian influences drawing from Japanese and Korean cuisine to Thai flavours. May May’s interior, designed by Eric Perry Studios, reflects the casual and modern sensibilities of the surrounding area while also paying tribute to Singapore’s iconic identity as a Garden City. The single storey restaurant, illuminated by natural light from the skylight ceiling during the day and chic intimate lighting in the evenings, has 2 long communal tables that can seat up to 12 guests each and tables of 2 to 6 guests which are perfect for more cozy gatherings.

After 619 days, we say this with a heavy heart that as of 30 July 2016, May May will serve it's last box of liu sha custard donuts, our last bowl of crispy rice.

Countless memories have been made within our four walls, friendships forged and bellies filled. For this, we thank each and every one of you who have set foot into May May and made our time amazing for us. All that is lost is not forgotten, and we appreciate every opportunity that was given to us to spread our love for food to each and every one of you.

While our New Asian flare may bid it's farewell, do give us some love over at our other outlet, The Blue Ginger, located at 97 Tanjong Pagar for some bomb a$$ Peranakan cuisine! We take reservations so for a good time ring us at 6222 3928.
